Images may be purchased for a commercial useage Licence for single use only, delivery will be a digital file delivered by email, or FTP within 48 hours. You may not repeatedly use nor make prints from an image purchased on a commercial use licence. Delivery is availabe vie CD/DVD at an extra fee of £20 per disc. Some images are only available as ‘Editorial’ use licences, the people in these images have not signed a commercial model release.
Images may also be purchased as Photographic Prints or Canvas Prints and are normally delivered within 7 days in the UK and Europe, please allow 28 days for international. We have our prints and canvases manufactured by specialists, any defects or manufacturing problems should be addressed to us first and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Such problems must be brought to our attention within 7 days of order delivery.
We accept payment via Paypal, Nochex, BACS and UK Cheques. Please send paypal and Nochex payments to payments @ twistedphotography.co.uk and contact us for BACS and Cheque details at the same address.
